Use & Care:

• Before using your bakeware for the first time, wash and wipe with a soft cloth. Use nylon, wooden or rubber utensils. Do not use metal knives or utensils as they may damage the non-stick surface. Do not use in oven temperatures in excess of 230°C.
• Do not plunge hot your bakeware into cold water immediately after use.
• For best results, the vitreous enamel finish cleans up quickly and easily in hot soapy water with a cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and wipe dry. Never use abrasives as this may harm your pan. If you wash your bakeware in the dishwasher, your pan may not dry completely – wipe with a soft cloth.
