The base features an impact-bonded copper wedge enveloped by two layers of aluminium and stainless steel, ensuring rapid, even heat distribution and excellent temperature control. The sturdy lids have a stainless steel rim and tempered glass insert, allowing you to monitor cooking without lifting the lid. Cast stainless steel handles with soft-touch silicone inserts stay cool, while the interior mirror-polished 18/10 stainless steel finish includes capacity markings for convenience. Suitable for all cooktops—including induction—and oven safe up to 220 °C.

Maintenance & Care

Before First Use:

• Wash in hot soapy water using a nylon cloth or brush. Avoid harsh scourers.

Routine Cleaning:

• Do not immerse hot pans in cold water. Allow to cool first.
• Remove food and fat residue with hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush.
• Heat tint or streaks may occur with excessive heat; remove using a bi-carb soda paste.
• While dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend the life of your cookware. For best results, use SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner.
