Use & Care:

• Hand wash in warm, soapy water to extend the life of the non-stick coating.
• Use low to medium heat for most cooking. Reserve high heat for brief searing or browning.
• Use wooden, nylon or silicone utensils and avoid sharp cutting utensils.
• Never allow cookware to boil dry or place hot cookware directly into water.
• Allow cookware to cool before washing.
• If food release diminishes, lightly coat the cooking surface with oil and remove any excess with a paper towel.
