This easy to use sharpener includes a coarse wheel to restore the edge and a finer wheel that makes your knife extremely sharp for effortless cutting. Simply fill the wheel with water and holding the knife with your forefinger on it, place the blade into the selected wheel and move the knife back and forth with slight pressure 7 or 8 times.
