The Avanti  Cream Whipper makes fresh whipped cream in seconds—all without beating or whisking. A must have tool in any kitchen, it is ideal for creating custom whipped cream, light and fluffy foams, finger foods, warm and cold sauces, whipped soups, mousses, desserts and more. Perfect for both hot and cold preparations, this professional-quality whipper features durable aluminum construction and a stainless steel lever for precision piping and topping. Use & Care:

• 1. Fill canister half way with chilled fresh cream – DO NOT OVERFILL
• 2. Screw head on the canister firmly and evenly.
• 3. Insert Cream charger (8g N2O) into the charger holder and screw the charger holder on to the inlet valve until the charger contents is released with a short hissing sound. USE ONLY ONE CHARGER PER FILLING.
• 4. Select decorative nozzle you wish to use and screw on canister.
• 5. Shake whipper vigorously three to four times in a vertical action.
• 6. To release cream, hold bottle upside down and press lever gently to dispense. If cream is not firm enough, give whipper another couple of shakes.
